Instagram unblocked: the short answer
Schools and offices block Instagram with a category filter on its domains. The app and the website both stop loading while everything else works. The safe fix is a tunnel from your device to a server outside the network. The filter then sees an encrypted session, and the real Instagram app works as usual. No special unblocked Instagram website is needed, and the ones that advertise themselves as such are the main danger here.
An Instagram unblocked site is either a web proxy or a copy of the login page. The first can read your session. The second exists to steal your password.
