Tubi streaming in short
Tubi is a free, advertising funded service owned by Fox Corporation. In the United States it carries a large library of films and series with no subscription and no mandatory account. Outside the countries where it operates the site shows a notice that the service is not available, and inside other supported countries the catalogue is smaller and different. Tubi streaming is licensed country by country, and your IP address is how the service decides which country you are in.
For an American abroad the practical answer is an exit location back home. With a US address the site and the apps behave as they do in your living room.
