VPNs with no logs: the short answer
A no logs claim means the operator does not record what you do through the service, and ideally does not record when you connected or from where. You cannot inspect a server from outside, so the claim rests on evidence: an independent audit, a court case or a server seizure in which nothing was found, or a design that makes logging pointless. Vpns with no logs that offer none of these three are asking you to take their word for it.

The kinds of logs that exist
Evidence that counts
An audit by a known firm with a recent date and a scope that includes the servers is the strongest routine evidence. Court cases are stronger still. A few providers have been ordered to hand over data and had nothing to give, while others turned out to have logs despite their slogans. Both kinds of stories are public and worth a search before you buy. Open source server code helps a little, although you cannot confirm that it is what actually runs.
Design is the third kind of evidence. A service that knows nothing about you has little it could log that would matter.
Why we have little to log
BSR has no accounts. You never give us an email address, a name or a phone number. The bot issues a key, the key has an expiry date, and the bot remembers which Telegram chat to deliver it to. That is the customer record. Payment takes place inside Telegram's payment flow and no card details reach us. We keep no connection logs, which means no timestamps tied to addresses and no list of destinations. Vpns without logs often still hold a complete account profile. We do not hold that either.
What we cannot yet offer is an independent audit confirming all of this. Until we can, the argument rests on design and on the fact that the client software is not ours, so nothing on your device reports to us.

Questions people ask before the first key
Can VPNs with no logs be forced to start logging?
In some jurisdictions a court can order it for a specific target. A provider can be open about such orders within the limits of the law.
Is no logs the same as anonymous?
No. It limits what the operator could reveal. Your accounts, cookies and payments elsewhere still identify you.
Do VPNs without logs keep payment records?
Most do, because accounts and billing require it. We have no accounts, and payment is handled inside Telegram.
How do I know BSR really keeps nothing?
You cannot see our servers, and we have no audit yet. You can see that we never ask for an email, a name or a card.
Does Telegram know that I bought a key?
Telegram processes the bot chat and the payment flow under its own policies. It does not see your VPN traffic.
What happens to my key record after the term ends?
The key expires and stops working. There is no profile behind it to keep.
